We are delighted to introduce the Grimm & Co Support Station, an exciting new partnership between CARD and Grimm & Co, launching in July 2026.

Why we've set this up

Navigating life’s challenges can be overwhelming, which is why we are bringing our specialist advice services directly into the heart of the community. Operating from a dedicated, private area within Grimm & Co’s vibrant and welcoming space in Rotherham, this service provides a safe, confidential environment where you can speak to a trained adviser one-to-one.

Our bi-weekly outreach sessions offer tailored, holistic guidance, advocacy, and follow-up care on a range of issues, including:

By embedding our service within Grimm & Co’s familiar community hub, we aim to remove traditional barriers to advice, such as travel or formality, making vital support approachable, early, and readily available before difficulties escalate into a crisis.

What it's all about

More than just advice

While visiting the Support Station, clients are warmly encouraged to connect with Grimm & Co’s wonderful creative and social activities - from family hubs and breastfeeding clinics to storytelling events.

Furthermore, Grimm & Co’s staff and volunteers are being trained in Advice First Aid, ensuring they can confidently spot when a visitor might need help and seamlessly book them an appointment with a CARD adviser. It’s all part of our shared mission to provide wrap-around, community-focused care that builds long-term resilience.

When & where

How to access the service

When: We’re onsite every other Wednesday (up to four appointments available bi-weekly) from July 2026 to June 2027.

Where: A private, confidential space inside Grimm & Co, Rotherham.

How to book: Speak to a member of the Grimm & Co team, or ask your current CARD adviser about transitioning your follow-up support to the Grimm & Co Support Station.
