Derron has come from a teaching background and started as an adviser at CARD in 2021. Harry also comes from a teaching background, as well as the legal sector. Harry started at CARD as an adviser on the generalist service and Help to Claim service in 2023. Training designed to help staff recognise issues early and support clients before crisis point. It will cover the basics of advice first aid, the enquiry areas we can support with, using our public site as well as other independent sources, as well as signposting and referrals.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″ full_height=”yes” el_class=”mb-4 mb-lg-0″]

Financial Wellbeing:<\/h4><\/div>\n

Provides a practical framework for identifying and addressing financial distress. You will learn to define financial wellbeing, distinguish between emergency and nonemergency crises, and master the specific tools and referral pathways used by Citizens Advice.
